About NOS Coaching & Outcomes

Learn more about NOS Coaching & Outcomes, our mission, and the commitment to supporting individuals or organizations through meaningful change. The most meaningful progress happens when clarity, quality, and human experience move forward together.

Our inspiring vision

I’m Rebekah —a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Nurse Specialist with more than 30 years in healthcare  & leadership. Executive leader in a healthcare system transitioning to coaching for the greater good.

After decades working in complex clinical systems, I recognized how often people—patients, professionals, and caregivers alike—carried far more than they were ever supported to process. The conversations that mattered most weren’t always clinical. They were human.

This work grew from that truth.

I offer care-informed coaching for individuals navigating life, health, and identity transitions—grounded in experience, deep listening, and respect for the whole person.

An ideal client

Who This Work Is For

You may be a good fit for this coaching work if you are:

  • Navigating a transition—personal, professional, health-related, or identity-shifting

  • Feeling stuck, fatigued, or unclear, even though things may look “fine” from the outside

  • A healthcare professional, caregiver, or high-functioning individual who carries responsibility well—but rarely pauses for yourself

  • Seeking space to think, not advice to fix or pressure to perform

  • Ready for honest reflection, gentle accountability, and thoughtful forward movement

You don’t need to have a clear goal yet. Curiosity, openness, and willingness to reflect are enough.

Who This Work Is Not For

This coaching may not be the right fit if you are looking for:

  • Therapy, diagnosis, or clinical treatment

  • Crisis intervention or urgent mental health support

  • Quick fixes, prescriptive answers, or motivational pressure

If that’s what you need, I’m happy to encourage appropriate next steps elsewhere.

My unique approach

Care-Informed. Human-Centered. Unhurried.

This coaching is shaped by decades of healthcare experience—but it is not clinical care.

It brings the presence, perspective, and steadiness of nursing into a non-clinical space, creating room for reflection, clarity, and meaningful forward movement.

What Makes This Work Different

I lead with presence, not pressure.
There is no urgency to fix, perform, or arrive at answers quickly. We slow the pace so clarity can emerge naturally.

I listen for what’s underneath.
Years in healthcare sharpened my ability to hear what’s often left unsaid—helping you name what matters most right now.

I respect the whole person.
This work honors your lived experience, values, and context—not just goals or outcomes.

I hold structure gently.
Sessions are thoughtful and grounded, offering reflection and direction without rigidity or prescription.

A Note on Boundaries

While this approach is informed by advanced nursing education and leadership experience, coaching sessions are non-clinical and do not replace medical or mental health care.

How Clients Experience This Work

Clients often describe these conversations as:

  • Grounding

  • Clarifying

  • Spacious

  • Supportive without pressure

A place where insight unfolds rather than being forced.

Closing Invitation

If you’re seeking a calm, thoughtful space to reflect and move forward with intention, this approach may be right for you.

A world where care extends beyond systems—supporting clarity, resilience, and meaningful forward movement in everyday life.
