What to Know Before We Begin
This page offers a brief overview of how coaching with NOS Coaching and Outcomes works, who it’s for, and what it is not. The intention is clarity—so you can decide whether this space is right for you.
What Coaching Is
Coaching with NOS Coaching and Outcomes is a non-clinical, care-informed conversation space designed to support:
Clarity during life or professional transitions
Reflection without urgency or pressure
Intentional forward movement aligned with your values
Resilience and steadiness during demanding seasons
Coaching is collaborative and client-led. You don’t need to arrive with a defined goal—only openness to reflection and conversation.
What Coaching Is Not
Coaching services provided through NOS Coaching and Outcomes:
Are not therapy or counseling
Do not include diagnosis or treatment
Do not replace medical, psychiatric, or mental health care
Are not crisis or emergency support
If you are experiencing acute distress or need immediate support, please seek care from a licensed healthcare or mental health professional or local emergency services.
